30 Days Yin Yoga for Beginners Program

Here's an extended class of 'SPINE' from our 30-Days Yin Yoga program for beginners. In this class, you will observe that asymmetrical poses are more accessible than symmetrical poses.

Practicing Yin for the spine allows for the opportunity to compress and decompress the spine in many ways. This yin yoga flow is skillfully designed to stretch the connective tissue surrounding the spine to gently stress the back and relieve pain.
